Cleaner / General Hand

Our client is currently seeking a reliable and experienced Cleaner / General Hand to join their household on an immediate, ongoing part-time basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards, is trustworthy, and enjoys working in a residential environment.

Location: Due to the location of the property, applicants must have their own transport.

Working Hours and pay rate

• 3–5 hours per day
• 2–3 days per week
• Days and hours are flexible and will be agreed with the successful candidate.
• Payrate: £13.00 per hour; however open to discussion, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out domestic cleaning duties to a high standard, following the homeowner's instructions.
• Dust furniture, shelves and surfaces.
• Vacuum, sweep and mop floors.
• Clean and sanitise kitchens, bathrooms and other household areas to maintain excellent hygiene standards.
• Assist with the preparation of evening meals when required.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with health and safety guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming home environment.

Requirements

The successful candidate will:

• Have previous residential cleaning experience.
• Be reliable, trustworthy and committed.
• Be flexible with working days.
• Hold a current DBS Certificate.
• Have their own transport due to the property's location.
