IRS Recruitment have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced forklift operator ready to take on a new challenge?
We are actively seeking a skilled 3.5T Forklift Operator to join our client’s team in the Leiston area. This is a permanent position for the right candidate, offering an immediate start.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate a 3.5-tonne forklift safely and efficiently to transport materials around the site.
• Stack and organise storage boxes within the warehouse.
• Load and unload HGV vehicles.
• Accurately record the location of item boxes and manage lorry paperwork as needed.
• Assist with various yard duties as required.
Requirements:
• Valid 3.5T or higher forklift operator certification.
• Proven experience in forklift operation within a similar environment.
• Own steel toe-capped boots.
• Immediate availability.
What We Offer:
• Competitive salary of £29,000pa, subject to experience.
• Working hours will be Monday to Friday: 40 hours per week, with occasional Saturday shifts where required.
