Labourer with CSCS & Confined Space

Job Opportunity: Confined Spaces Labourer with CSCS! 

Are you an CSCS Labourer with Confined Space training? Join my client’s team and take your career to new heights! We're currently hiring Labourers with the below preferred qualifications for a 3-8 week contract to be based out of Great Yarmouth, commencing in June 2024:

Hours - 50 per week
Pay Rate - £14-£15 per hour

Essential Qualifications:
• CSCS Card
• Confined Space

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the Industrial Painters apply industrial coatings and paints to various surfaces using specialised techniques.
• Prepare surfaces for painting, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
• High pressure and ultra-high pressure jetting work to unblock drains or clean up the nearby area.
• Reporting site maintenance issues through the site maintenance reporting process
• Confined space /tank cleaning depending on your role in the team, you may be required to enter a confined space using additional plant and equipment to clean an area using suitable and task specific personal protective equipment (PPE), breathing apparatus etc.
• Assisting fellow operatives, sub-contractors, the customer, or anyone else with labour intensive roles e.g. lifting, loading, digging/shovelling etc.
• This is not an exhaustive list, other tasks may be required within the role

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a labourer working within Confined Spaces.
• Strong understanding of safety procedures and regulations, particularly in confined spaces and at heights.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently when necessary.
