Customer Sales Support Administrator
ARE YOU LOOKING FOR A FRESH START IN A NEW JOB?
We are currently resourcing for a Customer Sales Support Administrator to start ASAP for our successful client base around the Leiston area, Suffolk. The salary rate for this role will be £21,000 - £24,000PA, subject to experience. The ideal candidate would have an interest in a sales environment and working within a small dynamic sales team.
The hours in which you will be required to work are 35 hours per week - 09.00hrs - 17.00hrs, Monday to Friday.
Key Duties / Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong relations with all customers, providing the highest levels of customer service; with a particular focus on key accounts.
* Act as the first point of contact between customers and the sales team.
* Provide telephone and administrative support to customers and the sales team.
* Among your main daily duties within the team your specific contribution will include:
* Communicating with the Online Sales Managers/Merchandiser on items, orders and availability.
* Processing orders from start to end: processing orders via the vendor tool (Khoo Commerce) and maintaining the inventory across various systems, processing/disputing charges and processing remittances.
* Monitoring and analysing returns.
* Liaising with international colleagues and assisting process integration and improvement.
* Assist where required on troubleshoot, monitor, and resolve order information carried on our clients webpages for our B2B and B2C customers.
* Work closely with the National Account Manager in producing ad hoc reports on sales activity.
* Continually maintain the database and add value by contributing to system performance, where required.
* Awareness of Health and Safety in the area of work.
