IRS Recruitment are pleased to be working with an innovative engineering company based in Norfolk.

We are currently resourcing for an Electrical Engineer to work in the Norwich area.

This is a long-term contract role for around 6 months with the possibility to go longer.

*Salary depending on experience, however, we would anticipate this to be in the region of £350 per day.

Full time 40 hours per week Monday-Friday.

As an Electrical Engineer you will be required to understand Electronic Engineering principles, techniques and practices. Knowledge of Health and Safety in the workplace.

Technical requirements:

* Experience in offshore Electrical Design.
* Ability to generate a deliverable from conception.
* The ability read and understand the clients job specification's and modifications where required.
* Be able to specify switchgear, batteries, transformers and general electrical equipment.

It would be advantageous to have offshore platform design experience.
