I would highly recommend anyone that I know who is seeking employment to contact Nat at IRS as she is very professional, friendly and made my overall experience with IRS Recruitment very straightforward and enjoyable.

I have only worked with IRS for a short time while I've been with them they have been excellent. While Listening to my issues and calling me after work to see how my day went really shows their support. I’d like to add it’s been the best agency I’ve worked for.

Regional trends across engineering construction industry revealed

Analysis of data provided by ECITB-registered companies as part of the Government skills body’s Workforce Census offers a detailed snapshot of the engineering construction industry (ECI) workforce by region and reveals the key challenges facing industry at this critical time. Feedback provided by 153 ECI companies, which represent some 45,351 workers across 1,360 locations, points to a sector in recovery and set to exceed its pre-Covid headcount by 2023. But a consistent national trend suggests future labour shortages could result from the industry’s ageing workforce and recruitment.
