An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Estate Office Manager to join the team in East Suffolk to start as soon as possible on a permanent basis. You will be required to work full time - 39 hours per week.
You will be a highly self-motivated individual with good team skills. You will be required to cope with a variety of situations, be personable, have good attention to detail, be decisive and highly organised.
You will be required to have experience in the following areas;
* Office management
* Property management
* Sales & purchasing
* Website management
Main functions of the role:
Front of house
o Phone calls
o Meet and greet
o Scanning documents
o Post distribution
o Calendar management, organising meetings
o Weighbridge control
o Utility company liaison
o Dealing with tenants
o Liaising with maintenance team
o Lease preparation
o Credit checks
o Contractor chasing
o Ordering H&S equipment and office supplies
o Central procurement system - to be implemented for farm and property enterprises
o Supplier discount negotiations
