Exciting opportunity for an Accounts Administration Assistant for a fast growing business near Wymondham!
Temporary position with potential to go permanent starting asap!
Based for one month near Wymondham and then from July in Attlebourgh.
Hourly rate between £8.00-£10.00 per hour depending on experience!
* Own transport is essential
As an Accounts Assistant you will need to be proficient in Sage 50 Accounts and Excel.
* Debt recovery
* Sales Ledger
* Purchase Ledger
* General Administration
* Bank Reconcile
* Invoice and Credit note creation
* Dealing with queries on payments and invoices
* Keeping organised records
* Supporting the accounts/finance team
* To record CIS return
* Match Invoices to delivery notes
* Input all Purchase invoices onto system
* Prepare supplier payments to agreed schedule
* VAT Return
You will need to be:
* Proficient in Sage 50 Accounts
* Consistent attention to detail
* Passionate and motivate in chasing aged debtors
* Experienced in a similar role
Payroll administration and previous experience within a construction based company would be an added benefit.
