Exciting new opportunity for a full time permanent Receptionist/Administrator to start in the New Year for our client based in Harleston.
You will be required to have..
* Previous Reception and customer facing experience.
* Excellent IT skills
* Computer Literate
You will be required to…
* Answer the phone
* Take orders
* Process despatch notes
* Process invoices
* A excellent telephone manner is essential.
* Carry out general Administrative duties
The shifts will be 5 days a week, Monday-Thursday 9.00hrs-17.00hrs, Friday 09.00-16.00hrs starting in the New Year.
Salary £16,000-£18,000 depending on experience.
