IRS Recruitment has an extensive database which has been built up with high-calibre candidates and managed for over two decades. Our specialist consultants have intelligent market knowledge and excellent contacts within the sectors we operate. We are equipped with a broad spectrum of networking capabilities that allow us to source candidates who are not actively seeking new job opportunities. We know your time is valuable and our service is designed to take away the hassle and find the right candidates for your business, allowing you to use your valuable time more effectively. 

We won’t bombard you with irrelevant Curriculum Vitae (CVs)

We will only submit those candidates who have both successfully negotiated our interview and are fully informed of the specific opportunity. You will benefit by knowing that your prospective candidates are interested, eager, suitably qualified/experienced and have a genuine interest in your vacancy.

The IRS Package

We will discuss your requirements with you and review the job and person specification to ensure that we have a full understanding of your requirements. We will then start to resource candidates, conduct initial interviews and consequently submit a short list of candidates who meet the specification. You can be assured of a fuss–free and efficient resourcing service, freeing up your time to manage your business activities.

The placement fee is only payable once a candidate has begun their employment with you. No-risk recruitment means accurate budgeting with the knowledge that your costs only incur* once the chosen candidate commences employment with you.
*excludes specific and agreed advertising costs and similar services

External Advertising Solution

Creating Choice

When you demand a more tightly focused advertising campaign; we can provide you with a complete range of advertising services, from determining the most effective medium (i.e. journals, newspapers, prime internet sites, etc.) to the creation of artwork copy and - finally - the screening**.

Third Party Advertising

You pay what we pay! We promise to redistribute every discount that we may receive as regular advertisers back to you! 

**Advertising costs are payable at the time of placing the advert and are non-refundable.

Head Hunting Solution

There may be occasions where you need to fill vacancies by locating individuals who are not likely to be registered with recruitment agencies and will not respond directly to advertisements. The market knowledge and contacts that IRS have means that you can retain our networking capability to locate candidates not actively seeking job opportunities. Such an exercise allows you to discuss your opportunity with individuals that conventional recruitment methods will not be able to reach.

Your total cost will be no greater than the equivalent IRS fee for recruiting using our Database Search Solution. This is payable in two parts: a retainer fee equal to half the total placement to take on the project, and a second payment - payable only once IRS has successfully filled the vacancy for you.

Identified Candidate Solution

You may have knowledge of specific individuals that you wish to talk to and therefore have no need to embark on a full Head Hunting solution. However, it may be inappropriate for you to approach them directly. In this instance, we can approach them on your behalf and only reveal your identity once they have confirmed an interest in your opportunity. We will then seek the candidate’s permission and forward a copy of their CV to you.

A commission fee is only payable once the individual begins employment with you. This will be equivalent to half the placement fee quoted in our standard terms and conditions.
