What are the requirements for working on a business-business basis with IRS Recruitment? 

In order for us to assist you finding your next project, and provide work finding services for your Limited Company we would require a copy of your Certificate of Incorporation. Also, if the Limited Company is VAT registered, a copy of the VAT Registration Certificate needs to be supplied.

Due to our legal obligations, we send you a Personal Services Company Agreement for your completion and return via our environmentally friendly, efficient electronic system. Once a client is interested in engaging your services through us, we would then send you our Assignment Documentation identifying the services to be performed. This would include your Proposal for an Assignment which sets out the assignment details, a Self-Billing Agreement, a Personal Details form (which requires completion of the Limited Companies bank details), a Health and Safety leaflet, Schedule of Payment dates and a Record of Services.

We would need the required documentation returned before the commencement of the assignment.  We operate a Self-Billing method to save additional administration for both you and us. However, if you prefer to operate using invoices then we also accommodate for this method. 

What happens with payment each week of the payroll period? 

Our payroll is run on fortnightly basis, therefore you would be required to complete a weekly Timesheet for each week of the payroll period, obtain a signature and approval from the client and submit to payroll@irs-recruitment.com

Our in-house payroll department would then process and prepare a self-billing document identifying the gross payment, including VAT if applicable. It is your full responsibility to then pay your National Insurance and Tax directly to the tax office in accordance with HMRC requirements.
