providing out-of-hours support to our clients
and to this end offer 24 hour telephone cover.
Out-of-hours calls will be transferred to our
Duty Manager who will deal with your enquiry.

backed up by our rebated policy. Client
satisfaction is a key element to our ongoing
success. Therefore, in the unlikely event that
you are not satisfied with the personnel
provided, you will not be charged, providing
you advise us of this within the first four
hours of their assignment. A suitable
replacement will be sourced with speed and
efficiency.
